For the Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 375°F. Place parchment paper into a lightly greased 9x13" pan and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the beef, milk, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix together just enough for everything to fully combine, but do not overmix (this will cause the meatloaf to fall apart).
  3. Place mixture into pan. Combine all sauce ingredients in a seperate bowl and pour over meatloaf. Place in oven and bake for 55 minutes.
  4. Insert a meat thermometer into meatloaf - it should read at 165°F. Once it reaches this temperature, remove from oven. Let rest for 10 minutes then serve.
