Are your products Halal? What type of Halal?

All of our products are certified Zabihah Halal! Contact us for more information on our Halal products.

Are your products grass-fed and grass-finished?

They are! Our beef and lamb are both grass-fed and grass-finished for the duration of their lives.

Where is your beef and lamb from?

Our beef and lamb are both from Southern Australia – we believe that a premium environment provides premium meat!

About Shipping and Ordering

How long does my order take to process and ship?

Every order ships out on Wednesdays. Our ordering window for shipment is until Tuesday evenings at 11:59PM EST.

Who ships and delivers my order?

All orders are being shipped and delivered by Fedex.

Can I get contactless delivery?

Absolutely! You do not need to be at your front door to accept the purchase. You will be sent a notification via UPS once your order is delivered.

How do I track my order?

Once you log into your account, you can find your tracking number there. You will also receive a tracking number via email.

How do I report an issue with my order?

Send us an email at service@thomasfarms.com with your order number, and we will happily assist!

Does my order stay cold in transit?

Your order is packed with dry ice and has been tested to stay frozen from our facility to your front porch.
