We believe that animals should be raised with compassion and respect, just as nature intended. All of our animals are raised freely and humanely on abundant, grassy pastures by family farmers who share the same high ethical standards that we do. Guided by our principles of kindness for animals, people and planet, we work each day to put more care in every acre.

Farms

Our animals are humanely and sustainably raised in the best pasturelands of Australia.

We are in the business of raising animals for food, and because of that, we have a profound respect for our animals, caring for them throughout their lives. We do this by making sure they are humanely raised in an environment that is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

We source our meats from farmers who believe in the same ethical standards and who work to ensure their animals live as nature intended, outside on the best pasturelands with room to roam and frolic.

It all comes full circle, to a life well lived and that affects how our animals thrive, how we feel about what we do and the product we deliver to you.

Our

Planet

We were raised to believe that the earth provides for all of us, and therefore, we intend to care for the earth in return. As a result, environmental sustainability has always been at the core of what we do.

In Australia, we implemented covered anaerobic lagoons to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and we are an active participant in Australia’s full-scale life cycle analysis of the environmental impact of beef and lamb production from the farm to delivery in the United States.

In the United States, we updated our processing center with solar energy and reduced energy usage.

We are relentless in our pursuit to reduce – reuse – recycle and decrease our carbon footprint.
