Thomas Farms Pork Belly

Thomas Farms Pork Belly

  • 1 pound Thomas Farms pork belly, cut into
    1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Smokey Honey Mustard

  • ½ cup Dijon or yellow mustard
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider or white vinegar
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Sweet Chili Sauce

  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ⅓ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1-2 red chili peppers, seeds removed and
    chopped finely
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch mixed into ½
    tablespoon cold water (to thicken)

White BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss the pork belly cubes with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place the pork belly in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and crispy. Be sure to shake or flip the pork belly halfway through to ensure an even cook.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

For Honey Mustard & White BBQ Sauce

  1. In a bowl or jar, add all of the ingredientsand mix until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

For Sweet Chili Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, add all of the ingredients aside from the cornstarch and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Allow to simmer until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Stir in the cornstarch to thicken and then turn off the heat.
  4. Let cool completely and then refrigerate until serving.
