Thomas Farms Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow or white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound Thomas Farms 93/7 Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • Jasmine rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the bell pepper and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes
  2. Add the ground beef to the pan and crumble while browning for another 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and honey. Cook for a few minutes and scrape any browned bits off the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add the basil leaves and cook just until wilted. Turn off the heat.
  5. Serve over Jasmine rice.
