Cooking Instructions

Grilling (PREFERED METHOD FOR BEST RESULT)

  1. PREHEAT your grill to 400°F.
  2. SEAR the lamb for 6-8 minutes.
  3. FLIP lower the heat to medium, and grill for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches 145°f (medium).
  4. LET IT REST for 10-15 minutes, slice against the grain and enjoy!.

Oven

  1. PREHEAT your oven to 350°F.
  2. PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET and cook for 35 minutes or until
    the temperature reaches 145°f (medium).
  3. LET IT REST for 10-15 minutes, slice against the grain and enjoy!.
